What is the return and exchange policy?
All sales are final, and we do not offer monetary returns. However, we do offer product exchanges for items that are unworn, untampered with, and still have all original tags attached.
Exchanges must be processed Monday through Friday, between 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. If you accidentally selected or purchased the wrong item at the vending machine, please contact our support team during these hours to arrange your exchange.
When will I receive my online order, and what does shipping cost?
- Processing for online orders is completed same-day.
- Standard shipping costs $5.99 and delivers within 1 to 10 business days.
- Expedited Same-Day Shipping for an additional $9.99 fee.
How do I get support if I experience an issue at the physical Vending Concierge?
Contact our On-Call XO Support Line immediately. We address payment errors, double charges, and dispensing issues.
- Please note that investigations involving banking and payment processors may require up to 72 hours to resolve.
Can Kroger store employees assist me with the XO Hair Vault?
- Kroger Marketplace store employees are unable to assist with the XO Hair Vault inquiries.

What is your policy regarding payment discrepancies or chargebacks?
If you experience any issue receiving your product at the machine, please contact us immediately so we can fix it.
- Our automated boutiques are equipped with 24/7 camera surveillance and real-time transaction logs to verify all dispensations.
- If a mistake occurs, our White Glove Concierge team will immediately ship your product same-day, arrange an expedited local DFW pickup, or overnight the item to you.
Unresolved bank chargebacks filed without contacting support will be contested using our verified video logs and digital receipts.
